  1. Can't access Desktop of Local Account

When I log into my main account on Windows 10, I'm greeted with a black blank screen. It looks like the account's been reset. None of my programs are on the task bar, and an error message appears. The message stays up for like a second, then it and the task bar disappear, only for them to reappear shortly after. This repeats indefinitely. The Error Message reads:

    "Location is not available

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disk is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or Internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted."

The thing is, I know everything isn't completely lost because I can still access this seemingly nonexistent desktop from File Explorer in another one of my local accounts, and everything is still there. Never had a problem like this before. I guess can manage with what I've got, but I'd really like to get this fixed. Thanks.

    :)

  2. Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are
    • Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
    • No Internet connection during the install
    • static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)
