    Can't access Google services.


    Greetings,

    Before this latest update I could access google services using any browser. After this latest update I can't access google services at all using any browser. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera. They all give me an error message. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the replay,

    I did try all of the suggestions, sadly it still does not work. However I am starting to doubt that this is a google issue because I tried installing an earlier build on my tablet and then going to the current one. The results are the following: When I installed
    build 14971.1000 I was able to access all the google services from both Edge and IE, once I upgraded to latest build 14986.1001 I again cannot access the services. That brings to mine that it is something build specific.

    If you have any other suggestions, I would be happy to test them.

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft community forums.



    Is it any particular Google service or all services (Gmail, Google cloud, YouTube etc.), you are unable to access?

    Are you able to access other websites?

    What is the error message, you are getting while trying to access Google services service/s?





    Meanwhile, you can try with below mentioned steps.



    Method 1:

    Set the network type as ‘private’.

    Go to Settings.

    Open Network & Internet.

    Click on the network type (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) in the left pane.

    Select the network you are connected to.

    Check the Radio button for ‘Private’.



    Method 2:

    Try to access the google sites in InPrivate/Incognito mode and let us know if they are accessible.



    Method 3:

    Go to control panel.

    Open internet options which will open the ‘Internet properties’ window.

    Go to ‘Advanced’ tab’

    Scroll down and look for ‘Use TLS 1.2' and uncheck the checkbox for this option.
