Windows 10: Can't access local disc D

I had two discs in my computer. A local disc C containing window files and other local disc D contain documents, movies etc. but my local disc D is not opening for a long time. I tried many thing and restarted several times but it didn't work. when I try to open this it appears as:

This issue might be due to some error in system settings.

If you have not yet tried the below steps, I suggest you to perform and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to log out from the current user account, restart the computer and log-in with the administrator account and check if you are able to access the local drivers.

Local Disc D is filling up

My local disc d is filling up and none of the clean up tools seem to help. When I look inside this disc, it shows vast majority stored in the other folder which doesn't allow me to delete anything. What could be filling this disc up and how can I create
space?
