Windows 10: Cant activate Windows 10 Pro on new device

On my old laptop I have installed windows 10 pro, recently I bought a new laptop with Windows 10 Home preinstalled.

Because I no longer using my old device and I need Windows 10 Pro features I decided to reinstall windows on my new laptop with account I have on old laptop. I have removed my old device from list of devices on my account and reinstalled windows on my new device. After signing-in to my new laptop with account I was using on my old laptop with Windows 10 Pro I got message that I don't have a valid digital license or product key.

So basically I have 2 accounts, one on my old laptop Windows 10 Pro and one on my new laptop Window 10 Home.

How can I properly Install Windows 10 Pro on my new laptop with valid activation? Thank you.

You can upgrade your Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro by using Windows 10 Pro digital license or product key. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to ask the following questions:

The problem is cant activate windows 10 pro on this device as we cant connect to your organization activation server. So, I need to solve it ? How can I solve it ?
