Windows 10: Cant activate windows 10

Hi I recently bought a PC from bestBuy, which should have been provided with the PC itself....

Ive checked the box, any manuals, and stickers involved with the PC and it doesn't provide any product key, in addition when i go to activate it through the settings, it states that a product key is inserted, but that it is invalid, i've tried trouble shooting with the virtual assistant but i have no hope, also im trying to avoid talking on the phone with support because its not my preference of service, any advice...?

Also the error code is 0xC004C060

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
