Windows 10: Can't boot into Windows

Hi there. I got a new hard disk for my laptop writing this on my main desktop PC, and when I tried to install Windows, the installation failed, and when the PC restarted it said "Preparing automatic repair" and then said something went wrong, and I need to restart my PC, with error code 8007139f. I'm not sure what else to do with it.


Also as a side question about this laptop, last time i serviced it, the wires came off the wireless card and I couldn't get them back on. I decided to put it back together and take it to someone to fix, but when i booted the laptop on the old hard disk it connected to the internet just fine. Is there some other integrated wireless chip somewhere on the board?

Can't Boot Windows 10

Did you run memtest86+ ?

Only follow the following if you have nothing on disk you need to save on the entire physical drive.. Disconnect all drives except your boot drive.

Boot with your boot media. On the very first screen

Press Shift + F10 (You should get command Prompt)
Diskpart
List Disk (should show your boot disk as disk 0)
Select Disk 0
clean
Convert GPT (I assume you are booting UEFI)
Exit
Exit

Now continue your install. You don't need to delete partitions as suggested in tutorial. The above has wiped it. You should see your drive as all unallocated space. Basically step 13 of the tutorial

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
