Windows 10: Can't buy and originally could not use XBOX Ultimate Game Pass

I purchased Xbox Ultimate Game Pass and you could see it was on my account active but I could not access it. One of the many useless Microsoft tech support people must have cancelled it somewhere along the way, as I got a refund but my account was and still is stuck saying. "We encountered an error and your subscriptions failed to load." Trying to purchase it again results in various error messages, I've screenshotted a couple below.

Nobody at Microsoft seems to have a clue. I've tried, logging out of the Xbox PC app and Microsoft store, installing updates to Windows, updating drivers, on two different PCs and even one Xbox Series X. I can't remember what else tech support asked me to do, I'm pretty sure I sacrificed a mouse to appease Bill Gates somewhere along the line. Am I not allowed to use Game Pass? Is this an executive order from Phil Spencer?
