  1. Can't change brightness on Windows 10 when plugged into a monitor

I have a laptop with Windows 10 installed. Just plugged it into two monitors using a docking station and when I close the lid of the laptop the brightness control option disappears. I have tried updating the drivers using the device manager but this does nothing.

Please help me solve this problem, as I have sensitive eyes and cannot tolerate this brightness!

    Thanks in advance

    :)
