Windows 10: Cant connect bluetooth Devices

I have an Asus bluetooth adapter and i downloaded the drivers and i am trying to connect with my bluetooth earphones.
But when it finds all my devices it cant connect to any. Says All the time cant connect or didnt recieve a respond from the device i dont care about all the devices just the earphones.

I've tried all this methods but nothing worked for me.
Any other suggestions


Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

1. Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.

2. Change View by from Category to Large Icons/Small Icons.

3. Click on Troubleshooting and then select View all.

4. Select Windows Store Apps and follow the on-screen instructions.


Method 2: Bluetooth Support Service.

1. Press Windows key + R to go to the run command.

2. Type services.msc and click Enter.

3. Search and double-click on Bluetooth Support Service.

4. Under Startup type, click on the drop down menu and change it to Automatic.

5. Restart the service.

Method 3: Delete the broadcom bluetooth service

Method 4: Download a Repair Tool

No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

As per your description, I understand that there is no sound in your PC as it shows that it is currently connected to a Bluetooth device which you do not recognize.

1. Have you connected your PC to Bluetooth speakers?

2. Do you recognize the device that is connected to your PC?

3. Does the Bluetooth device display under Control Panel > Devices and Printers?



For now, I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if you will be able to remove the device in question.

To remove the device from your PC, follow the steps below

• Select Start > Settings > Devices >
  Bluetooth.
• Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
  Yes.

From its annual All Hands Meeting in Tokyo this week, the Bluetooth SIG formally adopted Bluetooth Core Specification Version 3.0 + High Speed (HS), or Bluetooth 3.0. This latest iteration of the popular short-range wireless technology fulfills the consumers' need for speed while providing the same wireless Bluetooth experience – faster. Manufacturers of consumer electronics and home entertainment devices can now build their products to send large amounts of video, music and photos between devices wirelessly at speeds consumers expect.
Bluetooth 3.0 gets its speed from the 802.11 radio protocol. The inclusion of the 802.11 Protocol Adaptation Layer (PAL) provides increased throughput of data transfers at the approximate rate of 24 Mbps. In addition, mobile devices including Bluetooth 3.0 + HS will realize increased power savings due to enhanced power control built in.
