Windows 10: Can't connect my new headset to my WIN10

So I got a Bose wireless headphone the other day and tried to pair it with my PC. Technically... they are paired. But for some reason, my PC doesn't see it as a headset, so the audio refuse to work.

As you can see here, my old SoundLink works just fine. I don't know what is going on with my new headphone..... Is there any way that I could get this fixed?

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.
