Windows 10: Can't connect to second screen

I have a MSI laptop (GL62 model) with HDMI video output and I tried to connect to my old LG monitor with VGA input. This morning I re-installed my windows and 2 monitors is working fine with HDMI to VGA adapter. But then I restart windows, some windows repair happened an then I can't detect second monitor. If I remove cable like this, the second monitor will out "Power saving mode", if I reject adapter from laptop, it still in "power saving mode".










I try to Google a lot but nothing can help me. I know the last way to fix it is re-install windows again but it will happen again because I've try.

Second screen ''no signal''
