  1. Can’t Connect to Wireless Display

I have a Dell XPS13 running Windows 10 and an LG 49UH6030 Smart TV that I’m trying to screen share to. When I try to connect, it attempts for a few seconds before my computer automatically is booted from my wifi and I get the message, “Couldn’t Connect.”

My screen share used to work flawlessy until a Windows 10 update released towards the beginning of 2018. I have seen quite a few posts asking this question and with the exact same

issues, but no answer as of yet. Just like the rest of the posters, I have gone through all the basic troubleshooting steps provided by representatives.

Has anyone had any luck finding the root cause of this issue? It seems way to common for no solution to have been determined. Thanks everyone!

    :)

Windows Wireless Display Adapter-not connecting anymore

    Hello Phillip,

Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue? I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this support article:
    Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.

Since updating drivers did not work, in addition, you can try to reset the Wireless Adapter.

    1. On the adapter, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
    2. When the message " Ready to connect "shows, open the
      Action Center.
    3. Select Connect, and in the list of displays, select
      Microsoft
      Wireless Display Adapter.

Please respond to this thread to let me know how the issue progresses. Similarly, if you have more questions, please inform me by replying to this post.
