Windows 10: Can't create group on People App.

Hello,Im an IT engineer and one of our customers has the following issue that we can't resolve:When creating a group in the people app to be used in windows 10 mail it deletes itself as soon as you open the mail app.When the mail app is closed you can create a group contact by adding ; between the emails under personal email. After the group is saved it is visible that the emails are in the contact, but as soon as you open the mail app it deletes the emails from the group contact leaving only the contact name behind.We've tried reinstalling the mail and people app with powershell. We've done a

Unfortunately, there is not a way to create a group in the people app.

If you have outlook you can do this there.
