    Can't create Restore Points and won't update


    Ever since upgrading to Windows 10, in 2016, I have not been able to create a restore point. Also, my windows update has quit working and it won't allow me to change any settings for my updates. I receive messages that update is preparing to install but they always fail. I feel I have no control over my laptop, any longer. When I try to apply solutions I'm told I don't have permission!

    Please, I really need help! I felt like tossing it into the river, yesterday!

    Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

    Making backup and re-format...

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Skype won´t wok in 17063


    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
