Windows 10: Can't delete a file no matter what I do

I've installed a program that i didn't like, so I deleted it. Once deleting it there are 3 ".sys" files that I can't delete.

It says that "Another program has it open". In resource monitor, I couldn't find any program that had any of theese files open, not even explorer.

I tried deleting them from CMD and it says "access denied" even if I'm the administrator.

I took ownership of the file and neither worked. I also tried delete them on PowerShell and -force the deletion, it showed this:

I have also checked the files aren't on "Read only" and I have restarted my computer.


I'm kinda frustrated because, It's my computer, why can't I do what I want on you. It's like if a hamster tells you to stay home and you have to obey him.

How do I delete registry files?

Does it matter if I deleted programs at:
Go to Hkey_Current User> Software intead of "Local Machine"?

Also, where can I check if programs listed there are legitimate? Isn't there a website to check the names of programs or applications?

 

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.
