Can't delete a folder which keeps reappearing with a different name?

Hi, I have win 10, 64 bit installed on my laptop. (along with Cybereason Ransomfree)
However I seem to have picked up somewhere folders that appear in My Docs,
C drive, and on my D drive with random names (that keep changing) and a series of files in them (always 10 which I have not opened).
I have tried to delete these to no avail; by using the command prompt as administrator, but they keep coming back.
I have scanned the folders with Kaspersky, and Malwarebytes they show no viruses or PUP's?
Ransomfree has warned my of their presence, however they keep re-appearing?
I'm still worried about their presence on my laptop? I've included a couple of screenshots.Any ideas?.

  2. Suddenly reappear a deleted folder

I notices two other strange things.
    1. The folder is not complete empty. It has also a folder inside. In this folder is exist also a empty folder.
    2. I tried to move the 'Public' folder to wastebin and the I asked from Bitdefender to erase the waste bit. Bitdefender read this name wrong. See attachment.
    3. When I confirm to delete it, it said that access denied - See second attachment.

PS: The folder name between the two screenshots is different because I restore the folder, change the name and move it back to wastebin.

  3. Deleted email names reappear in mailbox

After I delete an email, sometimes its name reappears in the mailbox listing, but the email itself cannot be accessed. Its name also appears in the Deleted folder.

Deleted folder keeps reappearing when I open a program

    Hi Mayzhin,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

You may not be able to completely delete a file/ folder if it is being used. I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in
resolve folder reappearing after deletion and check
    if it works.

You may also go through repair Windows file and folder
    problems
    and check.

    Hope it helps.
