Windows 10: can't delete old user profiles

Discus and support can't delete old user profiles in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; Correct. Resetting Windows 10 will only affect the Windows partition.     Correct. Resetting Windows 10 will only affect the Windows partition.

    To be extra safe, I would always recommend to backup anything that you don't want to lose to a separate hard disk though.
