    Can't download Amazon Prime app to Windows PC


    I want to download some PBS Masterpiece videos which I have a subscription for to my Windows laptop for later viewing. Instructions on the website lead me to the Pprime Vieo app for Windows but I get an error message when I try to download the app.

    Amazon Prime Music App

    I went to Amazon on my browser and found a new Amazon Prime music app in the Prime section. So far seems to work. Tried from both Windows and Amazon app stores without success. If anyone else has this problem, go to Amazon.com, log into Prime, and the
    app link is there.

    Windows 10 Won't Allow Download of Amazon Prime App

    I just switched to a Windows 10 tablet from an iPad. I was trying to get all my normal travel apps and when I tried to download the "Amazon Prime Video US" app and it says it can't be installed on the device. I thought it might be an Amazon problem and contacted
    Amazon, but they say that Microsoft is the one who won't let users install the Amazon Prime app on Windows 10 machines.

    Is this true and if not, has anyone had any luck installing the Amazon Prime app on a Windows 10 tablet or laptop?
