Windows 10: Can't download anything from Microsoft Store Error 0x80072f8f

Been trying to download Sea of Thieves but I keep getting errors and I've tried everything: wsreset, power shell, formatting the computer, services, cmd, reset and terminate Microsoft store. So how can I download the game? Paid for it but after 3 days of trying to download, I can't even start it because of the error.

Cannot download Microsoft Solitaire Collection from Windows Store getting error message of 0x80072F8F

Original Title: Microsoft Solitaire Collection Download To Computer

I tried to re-download Microsoft Solitaire Collection to my computer. I went to the Microsoft store and clicked on get app and it tried to load but then I got an error message of 0x80072F8F I tried 3 or 4 times with the same results. How can I download
the collection?

So im trying to download instagram from the store (windows 10) and I keep getting the error 0x80072F8F

i've tried

1. Resetting Windows Store

2. Reboot PC.

I dont remeber anymore :/

Error in starting downloads from Windows Store.

I purchased an app 'Diarium' yesterday and attempted to start downloading it but it results in an error code: 0x80072F8F.

So far I've tried:

• Run command 'wsreset.exe'
• Microsoft Store Troubleshooter
• Repairing through Windows Powershell.

Please could I get some help? Otherwise I'd like to refund the product.
