    Can't Download Anything - Virus Scan Failed - Using Windows Virus Protection


    Hello! For some reason, I can't download anything. Even trying to click on a picture and download it hits me with "virus scan failed." I've tried disabling my virus scan, disabling adblock, updating my software, and restarting. I'm running Windows 10. This issue happens on Chrome, Discord, and Opera. Any idea how to solve it? I'm not a computer person by any means, so it can be challenging to figure it out. The issue started when I moved all my downloads out of my downloads folder, but I'm not sure they're connected issues.
