Windows 10: Can’t Download Anything

My laptop installed a windows update tonight and afterwards I cannot download a single file. Every time I go to download something it says “Failed virus scan”. I looked up every solution, tried them all, and it still doesn’t work. Eventually decided to try and deleting my mcafee and then seeing if i could reinstall it and it would be fixed, but now I can’t even reinstall my antivirus because my computer says that every file failed a virus scan. I’ve even tried to download from browsers besides chrome and I get the same result. If someone could please help me fix this I would be so greatful.

New here and seeking for help: problems with graphic card

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
