Windows 10: Can't download cause Virus & Threat Protection is not available

Discus and support Can't download cause Virus & Threat Protection is not available in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; So I had been looking for utorrent and its not downloading for download issue, so I thought it would be smart to stop all the major virus protection....     Can't download cause Virus & Threat Protection is not available


    So I had been looking for utorrent and its not downloading for download issue, so I thought it would be smart to stop all the major virus protection. However, I am now unable to get to the "Virus & Threat Protection" section of Window Security. It shows up in a general search, but when I click on it I get a message saying "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app...".

    virus and threat protection

    Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

    I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions

    What would cause my Microsoft Virus and Threat Protection to turn off by itself? It was and is updated.

    Virus and Threat Protection Issue

    When looking to run a virus scan on my computer, I'm met with an error that says "Virus and Threat Protection is Managed by your Organization." THis is a personal laptop though. Any suggestions?
