Windows 10: Can't Download Forza Horizon 5

I've been trying for a day now to get FH5 to download, through the Xbox app on PC, however the first times I tried it just stopped at preparing 0%. Through some fiddling around with uninstalling the app and re-installing it through powershell aswell as Gaming Services, I got it to download to 22% where it again just stopps and gives me following Errors: 0x00000001 or 0x80073D26. When trying to install Gaming Services because I did so many , many times I sometimes, or almost always got some sort of Error where it would be stuck at 90% installation or 97% and just stay there unless I uninstal

You can download and play the game as soon as it's released in your region. Can you confirm the date for this?.

If not the case I suggest to do the follin step from the page.
