Windows 10: Can't download updates and games on the Microsoft Store, as well as not being able to enter...

I'm getting an error 0x0 when I attempt to enter the Windows Insider program, when I try to download my Forza Horizon 4 I get a 0x80072F8F error code, and when I try to search and update it says it can't connect to the update server. My internet connection is fine and the windows troubleshooter tool can't find anything wrong with the Windows Update or the Internet Connection but it says the Windows Store is failing , and my wsreset.exe instead of rebooting the Store it just opens a black window and does nothing and restoring the Store doesn't work.
