Windows 10: Can't download Windows 11 iso file

It looks like I am being blocked from downloading the Windows 11 iso file. Why on earth is this important to block this iso file? It was hard for Windows 10 to get it and now it is hard for Windows 11 to get it. Why? From an end user perspective, why are you trying to make my life difficult to use your product? Isn't that the opposite of what you want to do? I have to have a license to use the software anyways, so why not make it readily available for your users? If I want this iso, I have to start using search engines to find the file, which means I could get an iso that is compromise

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?

wont boot into ISO file?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)
