Windows 10: can't enter bios menu after system image restore

Discus and support can't enter bios menu after system image restore in Windows 10 Backup and Restore to solve the problem; okay, I successfully flashed it from the asus desktop app, and it updated the bios to a newer version. but I still can't get to the bios screen, it's...     okay, I successfully flashed it from the asus desktop app, and it updated the bios to a newer version.
    but I still can't get to the bios screen, it's same like before.
    Getting a little late in my time zone, so I might not see any response tonight.

    I purchased the pc from a store, it is still under their warranty. I didn't register with Asus, because I relied on the store's service.
    Can I still chat with Asus?

    did it. I called them, luckily they are on pacific time, so they were still available.
    they said it sounds like a chip problem, and I should go back to the store. It is under warranty.
