Windows 10: Can't exit safe mode

    Can't exit safe mode


    Hi, I entered into safe mode thru win + r, and pressing msconfig there i enabled safe mode, now its booting in safe mode and asking for password, but my pc has a 7 digit pin, which is not working, i even tried my Microsoft account password, it wont work either, i tried the method of shift + power button nd restart, then going to troubleshoot and then start the windows in safe mode + networking but still theres is no internet while m connected thru my lan cable.my command prompt is not working either its also asking for password, i dont have any passwords. And m stuck in this loop. Please help. Oh i cant repair, restore, my pc either its asking for the password again.please help iam stuck.

    Hi Ron,

    Thank you for responding.

    I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

    Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

    • Press Windows + R keys to open
      Run command.
    • Type msconfig and press
      Enter.
    • In the System Configuration window, click on
      General tab.
    • Select Start-up selection as
      Normal startup, click on Apply
      and Ok.
    • Follow onscreen instructions.

    Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

    Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

    • Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
      keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
      Enter.
    • Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
    • Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

    Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

    Need to exit safe mode.

    specialist restarted my computer in safe mode to do a workaround to fix corruption caused during Windows update overnight. Files are not listed under Documents any more. Just apparently in TEMP folder. However, specialist has not done anything since
    restarting in safe mode 2 hours ago. How do I safely exit safe mode?
