Windows 10: Can't figure out challenge #3 in 12/31/19 Hard Road event

I cannot for the life of me figure out the solution to challenge #3 in the 12/31/19 Hard Road event, and I have not seen any videos of that solution. Can someone please help?

Microsoft Solitaire Collection: Event: The Hard Road, 2/26/2019

How is the timer suppose to work on the Events? I can't always finish an event and close out after finishing a game and sign in later to complete the remaining challenge. It appears that the timer stops after you complete a game and starts up again when
to start another game in a challenge. Yesterdays Hard Road challenge was different. I had to work at the challenge over the course of the day. Each time I closed out of Microsoft Solitaire Collection. When I finally finished the game, I looked at the Leader
Board and learned that my completion time was 11:46:37. This was the total time between when I started the event and when I completed the last challenge. Is the time supposed to be computed like this. Please let me know.

Calculated times for events challenges

I've known for some time that the events doesn't always keep the times correctly but since the latest update, which is awful BTW, it makes no sense to do the events because the time is totally irrelevant. Today I did one challenge. I did not start it over.
The time shown when I finished the 1st event was 1 min. 47 sec. When I looked at the leaderboard it posted 2 min. 10 sec. The 2nd challenge took me 1 min. 31 sec. The leaderboard showed a total time of 4 min. 2 sec. There is absolutely no reason to play the
game if the times are totally bogus.
