Windows 10: Cant find Forza Horizon 3, when i know im on the right account.

So how can i find my Forza Horizon 3 that i know i purchased on this email/microsofy account 2 years ago. Cant find it in my library, and i cant find the order from my order history. I know i purchased it on this email because i have the friends on my xbox gamertag there which i used to play forza with. I know that xbox gamertag/account aint the same thing as the microsoft account/payment, BUT. The xbox gamertag email is the same as my microsoft account, so why cant i find the game? This happened when i formatted my computer and now its gone when im logging in. I can see my old achievements on the xbox app etc...
