Windows 10: Can't find partitions to do fresh install of WIN 10 or C: drive, only boot x:

I have lost the password to my WIN 10 Dell laptop and the information for the microsoft account connected to it, so I am trying to do a fresh WIN 10 install from a USB. When I get to the screen that usually lists the partitions and unallocated space on the drive it comes up blank, and when I click load drivers "No signed device drivers found. Make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers, then click OK". I browse through the files it can find and there is no Drive C: with my user accounts on it, only a boot x: with only a public user file and other things typically found in t

Change partition as system and to drive C

Yes i've already tried that but it didnt have delete or format option on drive C. *Frown maybe it couldnt be delete because its contain the primary system(?).I coudlnt fresh install windows 7 on drive c because my dvd is corrupted *Frown so i had to install vista x64( dont have service pack) first then mount the iso to install win 7 on another partition which result vista x64 as drive C.

 

Installing Windows 10 on multi-boot system.

So the USB flash drive install would be better than cd-rom boot? I'll have to check if I can boot from USB drive on my system.

I've already got a formatted but otherwise empty partition to install Win 10 into. I tried starting it from Win 7, but it was taking forever and doing all sorts of file copy stuff, so I aborted it and did an image restore of C: (boot partition) and N: (my
Win 7 Pro) partition.

My goal is to clean install Win 10 (not update), on a fresh partition, T:, and without it changed the partition letter from T: to C: and removing C: from the boot drive.

Well first I defragged the drive, then go into partition magic and select "create a new partition" and make sure it is "after c:"

Then click the rest of the way through the menus, and in the lower left there is a list of pending activites and click "apply" and you will have to restart and before windows boots partition magic does its thing.
