Windows 10: Can't find "troubleshoot hardware & devices" anymore?

Ever since 1809 update, the troubleshoot hardware & devices is no longer listed under troubleshoot? I used that allot- has it been moved or discontinued?

Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Configure a device.

Or: Type “Troubleshooting” in the Search bar and press Enter.

Click on “View All” in the top left corner.

This should display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. Click on Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
and check if there are any changes. To run the
Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

  On the search bar, type

  and hit
  Enter.

  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.

  Click on
  Hardware and Devices
  to run the
  Troubleshooter.
