Discus and support cant format my pc window 11 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; when i try do format it it goes all well until i i have to chose how to reinstall windows i want to make the download from cloud but it says to try...     when i try do format it it goes all well until i i have to chose how to reinstall windows i want to make the download from cloud but it says to try whit the other option but whit the other option it format my pc keeping windows 11 but originaly i got windows 10 on this computer and by doing the other option it gives me some problems
