    Can't get incoming emails in outlook (Comcast)


    I have comcast. I have windows 10. I can't get in coming emails. What do I need to do to fix this?

    Lumia 1520 Nokia phone having syncing & download problem. Comcast error noted 80004005

    Using Outlook email client through Comcast. Receiving emails for two email accounts. Comcast account # 1 having problems while Comcast account # 2 no problems. This affects my Lumia 1520 cell phone only. Email through Outlook on desktop computer working
    fine. Upon comparing incoming email on cell phone to those on Outlook (desktop) all email is there. However, continual syncing and downloading going on so that I cannot completely open my email on Comcast account #1. Have contacted Comcast and AT&T and
    tried several solutions (not worth mentioning at this points). No resolution so far. Any suggestions?

    To better assist you, we'd like to know the following:

    • Have you tried syncing a different email address?
    • Are you using the Mail app or the Outlook app?
    • Did you get any error messages when you try to sync your Comcast email?
    • What troubleshooting have you done so far?
