Windows 10: Can’t get into my desktop.

I ran msconfig and tried to startup in diagnostic mode because of a problem I was having with the ram usage, and for some reason my pin doesn’t work. I don’t have a password or another account setup on the computer - the pin asks me to download an app to which I cannot because I need to log in for that. Basically I’m stuck in the Lock Screen and have no options of logging in. I probably should have set up my password but I wasn’t informed that I wouldn’t be able to use my pin after booting with msconfig. I have important files and I need to get in, any help would be appreciated.

Edit: is there any way for me to get into my desktop without resetting my drives?

To resolve your issue with flickering desktop, we suggest that you update your display drivers with the steps listed below:

• Right-click Start, then select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters to find the name of your device.
• Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow steps to update display drivers.
