Windows 10: Can't get needed help from ally bank

    Can't get needed help from ally bank


    In the past, I could access my Ally Bank Account with either of my two PC's. I can still access the account on the OLD HP desktop PC with WIN7 Home Edition, Google Chrome browser. The newer HP Laptop with WIN10 (ver. 20H2), Google Chrome will not work now, even though it once did. I have tried to resolve the problem with Ally. They suggest changing browsers (I tried with Edge, Firefox, Chrome). They suggest clearing the cache, which I did. Then, silence. I go to the Login screen, user name, password and then it goes to: , or something similar and then just sets there forever. Does ANYONE have an idea how I can solve this problem? It appears to my pea-brain, something is inherent within the WIN10 or Settings on this HP Laptop PC. I will be grateful. - - - Updated - - - One more thought. I even tried to do a System Restore to a version I thought had worked. No luck

    Just curious if anyone knows if an Ally Bank Mobile App is in progress for Windows 8 devices. This is pretty annoying and the ONLY downfall of the windows phone IMO.

    Doesn't come up in a search. You will have to ask the bank is they are in the process of developing.
