Windows 10: Can't get pass "Please solve the puzzle so we know you're not a robot." when making microsoft

I'm trying to migrate my Minecraft account to Microsoft and I have to make a new one for it. I'm at the robot puzzle part but no matter how many times I complete it, it just keeps repeating itself. I've tried turning AdBlock off and different browsers but it just keeps going back to the beginning. The attached photo is what it shows every time i finish the puzzle, if I press Next it just runs the puzzle again.

Microsoft Classic Jigsaw Puzzles - How to re-look at solved puzzles

You can try the step below to check the last solved puzzle.

Method: Check last played game.

1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
   
2. Search for My account and you will see images below
   My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.

Downloading of MIcrosoft Puzzle

Hi,

Kindly try these steps, Hopefully your issue will be resolved.

1-Uninstall Puzzle, then reinstall.

2-Go to Windows Settings >Privacy.

3-Choose Background Apps on the left, and scroll-down to Microsoft puzzle.

4-Make certain it's switched On.

5-Run puzzle, and your puzzles should download now

Microsoft Jigsaw: cannot purchase more puzzles

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

• What all the troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to logout and login into computer and then try to purchase the puzzle collection and check if the issue persists or not.

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.
