Windows 10: cant hear people in a particular game and the audio keeps stutering

i play this game called valorant so i can hear the game audio but i cant hear anyone in the voice chat also the audio for a single second every like once 10 seconds goes out and comes back

Can’t hear audio while recording games or videos

We will need some more information to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please reply with the following details:

• How are you recording the games or videos?
  
• When you say, “I can't hear anything” you are unable to get the in-game audio or your voice?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

If you are using Game bar to record the games or videos, I suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + I to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Gaming.
   
3. Click on Capture on the left pane.
   
4. Clear the check box for Record gaming audio only.
   
5. Follow the same steps for Broadcasting.

Why can't I hear audio in particular apps?

I need some help so here I am. I recently built a new computer for gaming, and I have all of my audio set up from what I can tell. I have my drivers installed for everything (including audio), I've tried reinstalling them several times, I've tried
simply unplugging and plugging back in, restarting, just about everything that I could think of, but I can't seem to fix my problem. If you're asking which apps I can't hear it in, it's only particular games and stuff. Games like Gmod (sometimes) and
right now, VRChat, which I need audio for, just don't give me any sound. I can hear sound in all other windows, and even when I open the steam overlay on the game itself to play a sound, I can still hear it, just I can't hear the specific
game's audio. I've tried to see if there is any way to choose what audio device you are using by default inside of the game's settings, but there aren't any options and I just have no idea on what to do. I'll probably be posting this to a lot of forums for
help because I can't seem to find anyone else who's had the same exact problem as I have, and if they did, there was no fix for it. Thanks for your help, guys.

 

Game Bar audio is fuzzy/hard to hear

So when I'm recording games using Game Bar, I am perfectly able to hear the audio inside the game. But when my microphone is enabled, things become static and I can hardly hear my own voice unless I'm really loud. Here's a short video of what I mean:

When people hear me inside the game (and on Discord, Skype, etc), my audio is perfectly fine. But for some reason when I try to record my own audio, it sounds awful.

I would really appreciate some help on how to fix this, and I am open to trying new screen recording apps that are simple to use, can record my internal sounds as well as my own voice.
