    Hi,

    A corrupted data may cause your game not to work properly. Here are steps on how to troubleshoot
    Error Code 0x803F8001:

    1. Close Microsoft Store

    2. Click on search bar and type Apps & Features it will show on the top click on it (or just go to settings then click on Apps)

    3. You will see your installed apps, Look up for Microsoft Store then click on it and you will see "Advanced options" click on it then click on Reset

    4. Reopen Microsoft Store then start your game (if you pinned Microsoft store to task bar it will unpinned when you click Reset)

    Don't worry the RESET option will not sign your account out or delete you apps or games.

    Recently I did a system refresh on my installation of Windows 10. I reinstalled the two games I have from the store, Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3. I haven't launched either game in the three or four days since I reinstalled them, however when I tried to start
    up Forza 7 today I got the message "Forza Motorsport 7 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001." A similar message also popped up for Horizon 3. I restarted my system and the error still appeared ,
    so I tried the command posted in
    this thread    . After that did not work I uninstalled Horizon 3 and reinstalled it, yet I still got the same error code. What should I do?
