Windows 10: Can't Install anything Via the Microsoft Store

I have an issue where my Pc cant install any apps or games via the Microsoft store


The error code I'm receiving is "Code: 0x80073D0D" and it reads "Something unexpected happened. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. That might help."


The applications' I'm trying to install are "Gears of War 4" a 133.34GB download and "Duolingo" a 18.65MB download


I definitely have more than enough space on my 237GB "C:" drive and I have more than enough space on my 232GB "E:" drive


Do I meet the minimum specs to run said applications, Yes


I've tried "wsreset" it didn't work


I've restarted my pc it didn't work


I've tried going to apps and settings and resetting the app there, it didn't work


I've tried signing into several different accounts on the Microsoft Store, none of them worked


I've tried making a new admin account on the PC and installing the app/game from there, it didn't work


I've tried formatting a whole new SSD (The "E:" Drive) and attempting an installation, it didn't work


I've tried using the Troubleshooter for the Microsoft Store, No problems were detected


I've tried "sfc /scannow", "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."


I've tried deleting the "WUDownloadCache" It didn't work


I've tried Updating Windows, It didn't work (mainly because I at this time am up to date on the latest Update)


Am I using a prerelease version of windows 10, No


Have I messed with the Windows Registry, No


Do I have a legitimate Windows 10 Installation? Yes



Note: Both my C: and E: drives are SSD's


Note: I do have a 279GB HDD (D drive but the Microsoft Store will not let me install things onto it as in if I click on the available drives to install a game the "D:" drive isn't an option

Uninstalled apps stuck "installing" in Microsoft Store (MSN News)

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
