    Can't install asus suite software


    I bought an Asus laptop with windows 10, then bought an Asus external dvd drive. Asus sdrw-08u9m-u and windows will not allow software to be down loaded. Do I really have to leave S mode , thanks jrstriby

    Hi Podge,

    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    What happens when you try to install the software?

    I suggest you to re -install the software and check.

    Try the following steps to un-install:

    • Right click on Start menu, click Programs and features
    • Select Asus Xonar D2 highlight it and uninstall
    • Now download and -reinstall the software and check if that helps.

    I understand that you are facing issues in installing Jabra Suite software on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with this.



    However, please let us know:



    • From where did you download the software?
    • How did you run a compatibility check?


    I would suggest you to try installing the software in compatibility mode and see if that allows you to install it. Refer the steps mentioned in the article
    Make older apps or programs compatible with Windows 10.
