Windows 10: Can't install DLC for Forza Horizon 3 -on my PC

The DLC I purchased for Forza Horizon 3 in the microsoft store won't install. It shows up in my library. But When I go to install it says it can't find any linked device (despite me being signed in on the very device I'm trying to install it on to).


I've tried:

-reinstalling the game.

-resetting the install

-clearing Microsoft Store cache


Can someone please help!

Forza Horizon 3 crash on launch

temporary solution!!!

For everyone who's having a crash at the launch of the game, my games crashes everytime! So tried to uninstall one of the DLC's, I have the Hotweels DLC. So I uninstalled that. Launched the game and it works!

So:

-Forza Horizon 3

-Hotweels DLC

-Blizzard Mountain DLC

1. Uninstall one of the DLC's (I'd suggest hotweels since it's the smallest dlc)

1.2 just to be sure reset in App & Features

2. Click play Forza from the start menu (your game should work by this step!)

3. Install hotweels DLC again.

Your game should work! this worked for me.

Can't get DLC downloaded or installed properly for Forza Horizon 3.

I have bought some car pack DLC for Forza Horizon 3 for PC, but can't get them to work. The Windows store app recognizes the purchases, but there's no option to install or play like the rest of the apps.

Trying to go through the web to install says that my devices don't show up.

I've been running the basic mode on medium for a few weeks without an issue...

Please help!
