Windows 10: Can't install forza

Help me i cant install forza on another disk. Already tried to change default download apps but it's said error. This install button just do the animation button but it doesn't respond at all

Forza 7 does not work

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps using the link below. This can help remove conflicts with an app from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: Delete Temporary files

• Click Start and click Settings.
• Select System.
• Select Storage.
• Select This PC.
• Click Temporary files.
• Choose Temporary files.
• Click Remove files.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
