Windows 10: cant install halo wars definitive edition

    cant install halo wars definitive edition


    i have signed up to the PC gamepass and the games are all great.

    However, i cannot get halo wars definitive edition to install at all. it begins to down load but then i get an error Error code: 0x803f8001.

    I have tried a number of times to load it but still get this error at the start of each download attempt. I have no other problems ith anything else on the gamepass store.


    have read in forums to reset windows store cache, tried it but still the same.

    I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition from GameStop and put the preload code into my xbox. I was wondering how I go about getting access to Halo Wars The Definitive Edition. I picked up the code a week or two ago.
