I have a SSD where my operating system is installed.

I also have 2- 1 TB HDD and almost full with data and intend to moved and replicate all those date into an inside New 4TB Hard drives, nevertheless
it is not recognized by the system however I could find it in the bios.
I Would like to fix the problem.

I think it may be something to do with MBR/GPT? May anyone could help and advice to resolve this matter

Here's a screen print from disk management.

Hard drive keep going off / on line

I have 4 hard drives in an eSATA / USB enclosure connected via USB to my Windows 10-Pro laptop. The drive sizes are as follows:

    1: 2 Tb HDD

    1:3 Tb HDD

    1: 4 Tb HDD

    1: 4 Tb Hybrid SSD / HDD

They all connect flawlessly whenever I power-on the enclosure (whether it's before, at, or after boot-up. However, while the laptop is running, they will, for some unknown reason, all go offline momentarily. Several seconds later, they will all reconnect.
Then an indeterminate time later (3 - 10 minutes) the process happens again (over and over again).

I thought there was an issue with my enclosure, so I bought a new one. Problem NOT solved. The strange behavior continues to plague me (why do I always find the most unusual problems in Windows)?

If anyone has any clues as to why this is happening, please respond to this post.

Have you checked in Disk Management to if it's listed? If it is you may have to assign it a drive letter so that it will show in File Explorer.

Edit: That's not Disk Management. To access Disk Management right click on the window icon on the lower right hand corner.

The pic you posted is not Disk Management. Right click on the window icon and choose Disk Management.

Edit: Disk Management looks like this.

It's not showing in Disk Management? It won't be in File Explorer until after set it up in Disk Management. You will need to setup your partition(s), format and assign a drive letter to the partition(s).

    Open the Disk Management utility.

When a non-initialized disk is detected by Windows, the following window opens to prompt you to initialize the disk.

In the Initialize Disk dialog box, click GPT (GUID Partition Table), and then press OK.
