Windows 10: Can't install only "Minecraft for Windows 10". Code: 0x803FB005

Whenever I try installing Minecraft it doesn't let me click on the button. However, when I go to Owned Apps > Minecraft For Windows 10 > Three Dots > Install, it shows an error occurred.

I tried multiple things like Resetting MSStore, Re-installing MSStore, Re-registering all store apps, Rebooting my PC, Disabling Antivirus, but none of them worked. I can easily install other apps, only not Minecraft. And, I'm pretty sure I have all the minimum requirements. I can't understand what the problem is.

The problem is that this error code is unknown.

It's not even listed in online MSDN documentation.
Not even HERE
And yes, not even UWP error codes list such code

Don't blame Windows "support" sites, this is a question for "Cribbage Classic" developers probably.
