Windows 10: Can't install Outerworlds for a variety of reasons. All of which I have already solved but...

So I purchased Outerworlds today and I can't install it. The store tells me i need to connect my microsoft account to my device. Fair enough, I already have, I have verified and all is good. CHecked my microsoft account. all is fine. It tells me to update my windows 10. a little annoyed, I did as it asked. It's up to the latest available retail update which is 1903. It also asked me to run it as administrator. But I've tried every method i know and there is literally no option to run it as admin. I am set to admin, I right click, can't find admin on the drop down list. It won't even show me a properties option. I realised I couldn't do so and gave up. Realised I couldn't refund either (I'd honestly rather wait for it to release on Steam in a year). 2 hours later the store tells me I dont need to run as admin anymore. Nor do I need to link my account. But i still need to update windows to the May 10 update. May 10. It's now October. This thing wants me to use an ancient version of WIndows 10 just so I can play a game that cost £50 and I can't refund because... reasons? Do I just wait it out? Any way I can do something to fix cos there is literally no other version to update to?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
