Windows 10: Cant install Teredo Tunneling Adaptor

Hi, ive been looking up multiple ways on trying to install teredo tunneling adaptor, however despite the multiple attemptsi cannot seem to have it in my device manager at all.
Even if i tried to install it, the option for the teredo was not even there. Ive tried to change bitdefenders firewall completly off to use the windows one but still no avail. I've used the windows setting to try to fix it but even after restarting my computer it was not working. And through regedit, ive looked at the value and set it to 0(not sure what file but it was on other forums to set teredo)
Ive updated all my drivers but it still hasnt installed teredo itself

that's the thing I don't have any network adaptors or the drive thing or any thing installed I just to install the teredo tunneling adaptor but I don't know where I install it???

Hi,

Installed the Xbox App to use the party chat feature on my PC. Couldn't access the server due to an issue with the Teredo Tunneling adaptor.

I have spend the last 4 hours going through posts, knowledge bases, articles, forums and websites to try and resolve this.....

The main issues I am facing is that firstly, the adaptor does not show in Device Manager, even with hidden items shown. In cmd window, the adaptor is showing as disabled, but is not the Microsoft adaptor (I have teredo.trex.fi listed) mentioned in many posts.

Secondly, following further information, I have gone to add the adaptor via Legacy Hardware, but it just does not exist in the list of Microsoft drivers available.

There are no updates available for me on Windows Update. I have uninstalled my AV and associated VPN. I have followed dozens of knowledge base articles - nothing, and half of the instructions do not apply as I do not have the Teredo adaptor in Device Manager
to stop, reinstall, restart or anything else suggested................ it simply just does not exist on my PC at all.

Really need help with this one!
