Windows 10: Cant install updates

I am trying to install updates to 1607 but get the error message "We are unable to install the updates"
and quote error number Ox800705b4,any idea what this means?

In the event that you received the error code 0x80070BC2, this can be caused by either corrupted or incomplete download installation of Windows Update, or due to missing registry files or dll files. You may
consider running the Windows Update Troubleshooter. You may also want to update the KB manually from the
Microsoft Update Catalog.

Ox800705b4 is apparently a timeout error. Several things you can try...

1. Stop and restart the update service an background intelligent transfer service. In an elevated command prompt type the following commands:

net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net start wuauserv
net start bits

Or you could just reboot by clicking Start and selecting Restart on the power button. Either way, then re-try checking for updates.

2. Turn off 'Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows' in Settings > Update & security > Windows update > Advanced settings. Now try checking for updates.

3. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.
