Windows 10: Can’t install Windows 10 to new PC

Hi all, I recently built my first PC and I’m having an immense amount of trouble downloading a fresh install of Windows 10 to a WD Blue 2TB SSD M.2 NVME drive

I downloaded the ISO file, and followed the steps to place it on a bootable USB drive. I’ve adjusted my BIOS so that the USB is the drive that it will automatically boot from.

I’m directed through the Windows installer, and when I get to the point to select a drive to Install Windows 10 to, my drive is separated into three separate partitions, and selecting any of them will not allow me to proceed. There is also an error message: “we couldn’t create a new partition or locate an existing one. For more information see the Setup log files”

After searching, I found that the solution to this should be to clean and convert the drive to GPT. I go through that process in Diskutil, I get back to the point in the installation process where I select the which drive to install Windows 10 to, and I select the “Unallocated Space”.

For a brief moment Windows looks like its beginning to install, and then a dialogue box pops up saying “Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation. To install Windows, restart the installation”.

I restart the installation, and my drive is split back into three partitions again, giving me the same error message as before I converted to GPT.

I’ve been looking for help for the last week, and I’ve come up with nothing that has gotten me any further.

I’ve got UEFI selected in my BIOS as my boot option.

The only peripherals I have plugged in are my mouse and keyboard.

I rebuilt the Bootable USB.

Sorry for such the long post but I really need help and I feel pretty lost.

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
