windows update...failed to install on 7/16-2021 -0xc1900223feature update to windows 10 version 20H2.....failed to install on 01/26/2021 -0xc1900101feature update to windows 10 version 2004pls help

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I have just reinstalled Windows, I had problems with updates before and though the fresh install would help but I am still getting errors.

Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 -Error 0xc1900223

My windows is activated.
